Operator and product
Ciliy is the developer brand behind PrinterCare. PrinterCare reads and resets waste ink counters on supported printers. It does not provide hardware repair and cannot inspect whether a waste ink pad has been cleaned or replaced. Contact email:mail@ciliy.com.
Safe use
Before resetting, check the printer model, clean or replace the waste ink collection parts, and confirm this in the app. Do not attempt reset with unstable power, a faulty USB connection, or conflicting model identification. Detect the printer again after a disconnection or failure.
Version and license
The free version detects printers and reads waste ink counters. Pro 1.x is planned at ¥38 per license code for reset. Each code covers up to two specified printers and works with those printers on different computers; one purchase covers the current 1.x major version. Purchase and support details will be published before sales begin; no payments are collected now. See theRefunds.
Compatibility
Reset is available only when the app confirms model support and safety conditions. A database entry or website mention does not mean a model has been tested on a physical printer or guarantee maintenance will work on every device.
Brand statement
PrinterCare is independently developed and has no affiliation, authorization, or official partnership with Seiko Epson Corporation. Epson and related model names are used only to describe compatibility.
