The website lists all included models and distinguishes Mac device testing, database compatibility, and incomplete reset configuration. Database entries are not proof of testing on every printer; rely on the app's actual detection result.

Why can't the app detect my printer?
Check that the printer is on and connected by USB data cable. Check the cable and port, then select “Detect again.” Network printers are not currently supported.
The model is shown. Why can't I reset?
The model may not be verified as supported, USB, engine, and local database results may conflict, or the printer may not report a stable serial number for licensing. The app blocks writing to protect the device.
What if reading fails?
Close other programs using the printer, check the USB connection, restart the printer, and detect it again. If it still fails, copy the app's diagnostic information to retain the error code.
If the reading isn't 0% after reset, did it work?
The app shows the actual reading after reset; it never changes that reading to 0%. If the command ran but the reading is still unusual, detect the printer again before attempting another reset.
How do I get a license code?
First check the model and reading for free. Select “Copy printer code” on the main screen, then email mail@ciliy.com with Pro licensing questions. Pro is not on sale yet.See pricing and activation details. The website does not currently collect payments or issue license codes.
Is PrinterCare an official Epson app?
No. PrinterCare is independently developed and has no affiliation, authorization, or official partnership with Seiko Epson Corporation.
